POST ELECTION
COVERAGE
Democrats have taken control of Congress,
but will they carry out the wishes of the electorate on the Iraq War,
government /corporate corruption and healthcare, including the revision of
Medicare Plan D to give full drug coverage (no donut hole) and government
defined low co-pays and formulary? The now, after victory, declared
Moderate/Centrist Democratic Congressional and Party Leadership are already
redefining in media interviews what We the People wanted when we gave them
control of Congress via the election victories. Beginning in January 2007,
we shall see what reality brings to us. It is likely that the lawful efforts
to restore reality, sanity and democracy to our government has only just
begun.

Congressional Candidate Byron De
Lear takes on the Bush War Machine in California.
Jerry Interviews Byron - Part 1
Bryon DeLear
talks to Jerry about how he thinks it is
imperative for America to take part in transformation from
20th Century Politics to the politics of the 2lst Century
which will not be based upon war and violence but based upon
positive growth around the world. He charges that George
Bush is setting up an Imperial Presidency with
unconstitutional actions such as unwarranted wiretapping of
citizens to stop all resistance to his rule. He discusses
why he thinks Bush should be impeached.

Green Party Candidate for
Governor, Bob Fitrakis, Declares War on Ohio Corruption
Jerry Interviews Bob
In this interview,
Bob Fitrakis details the various means by which the
Republican Party, led by current Ohio Secretary of State,
Kenneth Blackwell, rigged the 2004 election results in Ohio
and assured George Bush’s (literally) taking the state.
Fitrakis has won the Green Party Nomination for Governor
of Ohio and this November he will be facing Republican
Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell and Democrat Ted
Strickland.
His running mates, Anita Rios and Tim Kettler are both
involved in lawsuits against Blackwell’s official actions
which disenfranchised substantial numbers of voters in the
last election. Fitrakis, Rios, and Kettler are campaigning
(as Greens) to clear the miasma created by both major
parties and their big money contributors and operations.
He and Jerry discuss the fact that they both have a love
for exposing fraud and corruption and shining the light of
truth into the dark corners of the political world.
He’s optimistic about winning the election—or as he puts
it, he subscribes to the notion of, “Pessimism of the mind
and optimism of the heart.” If elected, his first action
will be to prohibit the Ohio National guard from being
deployed to Iraq. Which, he knows will result in legal
actions and they will be deployed anyway, but the illegality
of the war will nevertheless be brought to the fore in the
ensuing discussions.
Naturally, Jerry took the opportunity to mention the
Muskogee Impeachment Grand Jury during the course of the
discussion.

Malachy McCourt: Standing for
New York State Governor
In this interview
Malachy McCourt tells Jerry his
supporting reasons for bringing George Bush to trial:
his lying, his illegal suspensions of Constitutional
rights, and his illegal war being just the beginning. He
points out that Bush is Commander in Chief of the
military but not of the civilian population. And he also
points out that since the Nuremberg judgments hold
military personnel accountable for following orders that
prove to be illegal according to international law,
those military personnel who follow Bush’s illegal
orders are as accountable as he is.
Jerry and Malachy also discuss those in our society who
support Bush’s push for torture and bypassing of
Constitutional protections and conclude among other things
that this is an indication of the perverted state of our
educational priorities, where money and power are held as
being of primary importance.
Malachy prefers the term, “standing for governor” over
“running for governor” as that more accurately describes
that he is standing for, rather than running from,
something. His campaign slogan is, “Don’t waste your vote.
Give it to me.”

Clint Curtis:
Florida Democrat Campaigns Against Republican Vote Fraud
In this interview,
Clint Curtis, Democratic candidate
for Florida 24th District US Congressman, reveals the bottom
line about electronic voting. Unless there is a verifiable
paper record, elections are and will continue to be rigged.
The results cannot be otherwise, and therefore cannot be
trusted.
He speaks from his experience as a computer systems
development company programmer. He was hired under
contract by the Republican Party in Florida to develop such
a rigged electronic voting program.
Now, he is blowing the whistle on his former employer,
his former Party and his former business associate, Tom
Feeney. Clint is running against Congressman Feeney in the
upcoming November election.
Clint explains his own method for assuring an accurate
count of his own votes, and tells how others can and must
use such a system in order to insure fair elections. He
gives its use in a recent Italian election as an example of
its effectiveness.
The longer we wait to take back control of our elections,
the harder it will be, because new cheating technology is
constantly being developed.

Dennis Morrisseau:
Vermont Independent Candidate runs to Impeach Bush Now
In this interview, Jerry talks with Dennis Morrisseau,
Independent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives
from Vermont, running on the Impeach Bush Now Ticket.
Dennis first gained prominence politically in 1968 when, as
a Second Lieutenant in the army, he publicly and vigorously
opposed the Vietnam War, defied orders to go there, and
successfully beat the court martial which ensued.
For Dennis the primary issue in the upcoming election is
regime change and that until we remove the entire Bush
administration from power, nothing of real value can be
accomplished. He believes that the country has suffered a
coup and that not only are Bush/Cheney in control of all
three branches of government, but it is clear that they
intend to further solidify their power over us and must be
stopped now.
He calls on all Americans to take back their seats in
Congress, running for office themselves if necessary, as he
is doing, and to kick all the “pretenders” out. Thus,
“Lieutenant Morrisseau’s Rebellion.”
